Presidential Billiards Limited Warranty
Your table is built to last, and it is covered from the day it is installed. This page sets out what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.
What is covered
Pool tables: lifetime
Presidential Billiards warrants each pool table against defects in material or workmanship for the life of the table, for as long as the original purchaser owns it. Cloth, pockets and normal wear and tear are excluded. If a part is proved defective we will repair or replace it at our discretion, and that repair or replacement constitutes complete fulfillment of the warranty.
Game room furniture: one year
Game room furniture is warranted free from defects for one year from the date of original purchase by the original buyer.
Shuffleboard tables: one year and five years
The shuffleboard playfield is warranted for one year from the date of purchase. The cabinet and legs are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for five years, for as long as the table is owned by the original owner.
Air hockey and foosball: one year
Foosball and air hockey tables are warranted free from defects for one year from the date of original purchase by the original buyer.
How the warranty works
This warranty is extended by Presidential Billiards to the original owner or purchaser of products manufactured by Presidential Billiards. Proof of purchase may be required.
It becomes effective automatically when the product is purchased and installed by an authorized Presidential Billiards dealer. It is not transferable, and applies only to the initial purchaser.
It is valid on products maintained with usual care and used in ordinary residential use.
What is not covered
- Tables sold or used for commercial purposes.
- Cloth, pockets, and normal wear and tear.
- Products not installed or serviced by an authorized Presidential Billiards dealer. The warranty is void in that case.
- Labor costs. Dismantling, crating, uncrating and reinstalling defective parts are at the customer's expense.
- Freight charges to return defective parts to us. If those parts are found to be defective, we repair or replace them and pay the freight to send them back to you.
- Damage caused by carelessness, improper treatment, or failure to care for the table in accordance with standard procedures, including failure to maintain proper environmental conditions.
- Damage caused by alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire or any other natural calamity.
Any damage must be proven to the satisfaction of Presidential Billiards to be due solely to a defect in workmanship or material.
Making a claim
All warranty claims must be made through an authorized Presidential Billiards dealer or agent. Start with the dealer who installed your table. If you no longer have their details, contact us and we will put you in touch.
Caring for your table
Most warranty questions never arise if the table is looked after. These are the same instructions printed on the card that ships with your table.
Cloth
Brush the cloth regularly with a billiard table brush, always working from the head of the table toward the foot. Avoid vacuum attachments with rotating brushes.
Wood and finish
Dust with a soft microfiber cloth. Use a quality furniture polish sparingly, and avoid silicone-based cleaners.
Environmental conditions
Maintain a consistent indoor temperature and humidity. Keep the table out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
Everyday use
Do not sit or stand on the table. Avoid placing drinks directly on the rails, and protect the table from spills.
